Shipping Charges & Cancellation Policy

When you add an item to cart, shipping costs are automatically calculated on the basis of package weight and mode of shipping.
Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. Please note that our International delivery partner, DHL/FedEx does not deliver Garnet Glow orders on Saturday or Sundays.
To cancel your order, send us an email within 48 hours of order placement by filling the form on this page or you can alternatively write to us at support@garnetglow.com with your order details and we'll cancel it promptly.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the teas have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

Exchange and Refund Policy

In case you received a product that has been damaged, let us know by sending us an email at support@garnetglow.com within 24 hours of receipt of order and we'll arrange a replacement for you. We do not offer replacements on opened or used packages.
For customization orders, if you don't like the customized blend of tea you ordered, let us know at by sending us an email at support@garnetglow.com within 24 hours of receipt of order and we'll happily send you a replacement of one of our house blends.

Delivery Partners

For international shipping, we work primarily with UPS to deliver our teas worldwide. Express service takes up to 5-7 working days for delivery, Overnite Express takes up to 6-10 working days for delivery.
For shipping to destinations within India, we work with Blue Dart, DTDC and First Flight couriers.
